Albacore tuna flakes with wakame seaweed - 90g

Enjoy our flaked Albacore tuna with Wakame seaweed on toasted country bread, with blinis or in a salad. Albacore tuna is flaked and prepared in a marinade of onions, white wine and white wine vinegar.

The accompanying Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida) is an edible seaweed that is very popular in Japan in salads or soups, introduced in Brittany 20 years ago. It is rich in fiber, calcium, and vitamin B12.
