Since 1995, Maison Bolard has been traditionally producing charcuterie and pastry products. Today, it is the leader in pâté en croûte. Recognized for their gastronomic quality, pâtés en croûte are made with fillings rich in pieces of meat previously marinated with spices and herbs. Brioche sausages are made with pure butter brioche dough and pure pork cooking sausage. The production of puff pastries demonstrates the same quality requirements with a butter-based puff pastry and fragrant and generous fillings. On the two production sites, in Saint-Amour in the Jura and Chaponnay in the Rhône, Bolard products are manufactured on a large scale but in accordance with artisanal know-how. The ingredients used are rigorously selected and quality control is systematic.

This Festive calf sweetbread pâté en croute will be shipped from December 12, 2024 and available until early January 2025.
