Black curry - 220g

This organic black curry attempts to bring together the classic European blend with the flavors of South Indian food. It is very slightly spicy and provides a nice balance thanks to the freshness of coriander and cardamom and the heat of mustard, ginger and pepper. It owes its beautiful black color to vegetable charcoal.

To make this mixture, all the spices were ground together to harmonize the aromas.
