Usage Tips
► Creative Applications
Perfect for reinterpreting classics: replacing meringue on a lemon tart or lightening a millefeuille as a substitute for pastry cream.
► Optimal Working Temperature
Use very cold, between 0°C and +6°C (ideally between +2°C and +6°C) for optimal whipping.
► Storage
After opening, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. Do not freeze before whipping.
