Crémant d’Alsace brut Spitz & Fils

This Crémant owes everything to Pinots, Pinot Blanc for the most part, with a drop of gray and black. A fine bubble enlivens the yellow-green dress. A discreet fruitiness asserts itself upon aeration, taking on candied tones. The white peach blossoms in a fresh mouth with good length.

A winemaker-restaurant grandfather, a school director father, Dominique Spitz chose viticulture. He settled in 1983, developed the estate in Blienschwiller and in several surrounding villages (12 ha today), built the cellar in 1993. In 2012, his son Marc took over. HVE certified operation.
