Côtes du Jura Vin Jaune Fruitière de Voiteur 2015 - 62cl

Côte du Jura yellow wine, made from a Savagnin grape variety (Jura White Grape variety).

This dry white wine has ample and powerful aromas of dried fruits (almonds and walnuts) and spices.

This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif but also goes wonderfully with foie gras, shellfish or creamed poultry.

It is also used in cooking and in particular in many Franche-Comté specialties: the famous coq au vin jaune or the tasty trout in vin jaune.

We also love it with exotic cuisine, especially spicy curry dishes.

Plan to serve it ideally, at a temperature between 15 and 18°C.
