The Baudry family estate, nestled in the Auvergne region at an altitude of 550 meters, has been making artisanal jams for nearly 30 years in a rural setting near a stream. True to the tradition of "true old-fashioned taste," it showcases the natural richness of fruit. The jams are prepared using ancestral methods in copper cauldrons, with 55g of fruit per 100g, no artificial colors or preservatives, and only lemon juice for acidity and pectin, providing an authentic and generous flavor.
