Homemade black cherry jam, 370g jar

The Baudry family estate, nestled in the Auvergne region at an altitude of 550 meters near a stream, has been making artisanal jams using traditional methods for nearly 30 years. Made in authentic copper cauldrons, these jams contain 55g of fruit per 100g, without artificial colors or preservatives, enhanced only with a hint of lemon juice and pectin.
