Artisanal jam 80% black cherries - 320g

A small village in the Basque Country, Itxassou is well known to fans for its famous black cherry jam. The Itxassou Beekeeper perpetuates traditional and family know-how. Its artisanally prepared jams contain 80% whole fruit and are guaranteed pectin-free. To bring back the natural flavors of yesteryear, these jams follow the peasant recipes of his "Amatxi" (Basque grandmother).

A traditional Basque shepherd's dessert, this whole cherry delicacy is enjoyed with a slice of sheep's cheese. It is the result of a peasant recipe from my “Amatxi” (Basque grandmother).
