Artisanal jam 80% black cherries - 320g

A small village in the Basque Country, Itxassou is well known to lovers of its famous black cherry jam. The Itxassou Beekeeper perpetuates traditional and family know-how. His jams, prepared by hand, contain 80% whole fruit and are guaranteed to be pectin-free. To revive the natural flavors of yesteryear, these jams follow the peasant recipes of his "Amatxi" (Basque grandmother).

A traditional dessert of the Basque shepherd, this delicacy with whole cherries is enjoyed with a slice of sheep's cheese. It is the result of a peasant recipe from my "Amatxi" (Basque grandmother).
