This 24-month aged Comté Cyclamen AOP "Marcel Petite" (approximately 1kg slice) is an exceptional cheese made from raw cow's milk. Available exclusively during the Christmas and Easter holidays, it benefits from a slow maturation of at least 24 months in the vast galleries of Fort Saint-Antoine, located in the heart of the Jura Mountains. This historic site, formerly a military fort nestled in the forest, offers perfect temperature and humidity conditions, creating an ideal terroir for this meticulous maturation, so renowned that it is nicknamed the "cathedral of Comté" by the Marcel Petite company.
