This water-soluble coloring is ideal for coloring sugar paste, whipped preparations (meringues, macarons, etc.) or icings, but should not be used to color fatty substances such as cocoa butter. Recommended dosage: approximately 2 g/kg of preparation. Unlike liquid colorings (more suitable for liquid preparations), it does not alter the consistency of your preparations.
