The Brut:

The signature cuvée of Maison Ruinart is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40 to 45% Pinot Noir and 10 to 15% Meunier, including 25 to 30% reserve wines from the two years preceding the base. "R" de Ruinart is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Champagne Ruinart carries out malolactic fermentation.

The White of Whites:

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay champagne from different years (25 to 30% reserve wines made from the two years preceding the base). A very strong majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims for the aromatic finesse, complemented by wines from Sézannais which give roundness. A few wines from the north of the Vesle valley bring a touch of freshness and lightness.

The Rosé:

Fruit of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir mainly classified as Premiers Crus, with 25 to 30% of reserve wines from the two years preceding the base. 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, of which 18 to 19% are vinified in red.
