The Raw:

The signature vintage of Maison Ruinart is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40 to 45% Pinot Noir and 10 to 15% Meunier, including 25 to 30% reserve wines from the two years preceding the base. “R” from Ruinart is aged in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Champagne Ruinart carries out malolactic fermentation.

Blanc de Blancs:

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay champagne from different years (25 to 30% reserve wines composed of the two years preceding the base). A very large majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims for aromatic finesse, supplemented by Sézannais wines which give roundness. Some wines from the north of the Vesle valley bring a touch of freshness and lightness.

The pink :

Fruit of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir mainly classified as Premiers Crus, with 25 to 30% reserve wines from the two years preceding the base. 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, 55% Pinot noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, including 18 to 19% vinified as red.
