Heart of Scottish smoked salmon fillet marinated in mandarin 200g

Of exceptional quality, this heart of smoked Scottish salmon fillet is hand-cured with dry salt to naturally eliminate excess moisture and allow it to be preserved without additives. The excess salt is removed to give way to the natural flavor of the salmon, thus refined and balanced. It is smoked for several hours with beech wood chips, gently, in an artisanal way. Open the package 10 minutes before serving for perfect tasting.
