Heart of Scottish smoked salmon fillet 200g

Of exceptional quality, this heart of smoked Scottish salmon fillet is hand-salted with dry salt to naturally eliminate excess moisture and allow its preservation without additives. The excess salt is removed to leave room for the natural flavor of the salmon, thus refined and balanced. It is smoked for several hours with beech wood chips, very gently, in an artisanal way. Open the packaging 10 minutes before serving for a perfect tasting.
