Tartuflanghe is its offshoot, created by Beppe Montanaro and Domenica Bertolusso to market fresh Piedmontese truffles and to offer the opportunity to taste truffles outside the season. The authentic recipes of traditional Piedmontese cuisine prepared by Beppe were followed by Tartufi Dolci d'Alba, the famous IGP hazelnut pralines from Piedmont. Recently, the company has equipped itself with freeze-drying and offers new culinary experiences to great chefs around the world.
