Chili with wild deer carne - 380g

This original and festive chili con carne is revisited using high quality meat, 25 times less fat than beef: deer meat.

Reheat over low heat in a saucepan for 10 to 15 minutes or in a terrine in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Serve with rice.
