The Cuvée 1522 commemorates the year in which the Philipponnats settled in the town of Ay, in the heart of Champagne. An exceptional range, always from vineyards classified Grand Cru and aged for 8 years which reveals freshness and adds complexity to the final result. This extra brut, with a lot of body, will adapt perfectly both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a whole meal, particularly with grilled seafood and fish, caviar and with Indian cuisine dishes such as tandoori.
