Louis Roederer Brut Collection Champagne 242 - 75cl

The color is pale gold with pretty slightly green highlights. The bubbles are fine and the shine is beautiful.

The nose is fresh with notes of honey and acacia.

The mouth is supple, we clearly find the finesse of the bubbles with pretty fruity notes and a slightly vanilla finish.

Specific blend from the 2017 harvest. The Pinot Noirs and Meuniers bring their complexity to the Chardonnay.
