Champagne Gosset Grand rosé brut - 75cl

The Grand Rosé brut de Gosset is almost a vintage. Its base is essentially 2008 with the addition of very few reserve wines. The low dosage gives a nice balance. The red wines of Bouzy and Ambonnay provide a perfect balance with the majority of Chardonnay.

It spent at least 3 years in the cellar before disgorging, without malolactic fermentation.

Its primary quality is lightness: a soft and fluid color, a nose directly expressing the strawberry, in its fresh form as in that of jam or cooked fruit. The palate is round with a nice freshness on the finish. It will go very well as an aperitif.

The fruit suits it well with its tender side, a reflection of its youth. Foie gras for boldness and the search for fat and sweetness around the base made up of the vinosity of the wine. Wild salmon, tarama, small fish tapas, grilled veal, poultry, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries…

Serve between 8 and 10 degrees.
