entirely composed of Chardonnay Grands Crus: from the Côte des Blancs (dominant Chouilly, Le Mesnil and Avize) and the northern slope of the Montagne de Reims (dominant Sillery and Puisieulx).

Intense gold color; pale green highlights

On the nose, lovely freshness and presence of citrus and white-fleshed fruits.

The palate is perfectly balanced, on the edge between freshness and fullness. We find brugnon, white peach and citrus fruits. The finish is long and elegant.

Ideal for all exceptional moments, perfectly accompanying a light aperitif to the most luxurious shellfish.
