The nose is charming and fresh, with beautiful notes of white fruits and citrus fruits.
The Mouth is very delicate and complex. The vinosity provided by the Pinot Noir is present but remains in its place. The aromas of white flowers and ripe white fruits are elegant.
As its assembly conveys, it is perfectly balanced. Among the big names in Champagne, it is the Deutz Brut Classique that stands out in this area. It is at the same time fresh, elegant, with character and “all-purpose”.
