Under its fairly light color, pale gold or green gold, this white expresses a very fresh, lively and mineral nose.

You will find flint, green apple, lemon, undergrowth and mushroom (mousseron).

Notes of linden, mint and acacia are common, as are aromas of liquorice and cut hay.

On the palate, its aromas maintain their freshness for a long time, with a long and happy persistence leading to a suave and serene gravity.

INGREDIENTS: 100% Chardonnay.
