This Cantal Entre-Deux AOP, made in France from pasteurized cow's milk, is a firm, pressed, uncooked cheese, salted throughout. Matured for at least 90 days, it develops a characteristic golden rind and an intense ivory color. This intermediate maturation gives it a more pronounced and harmonious flavor compared to young Cantal. Presented in a wheel of approximately 1.25 kg, it is perfect for carefully slicing to enhance your tasting experience.
