Each infuser bag releases a crystal-clear stock with a pure and intense character, ideal as a base for cooking, sauces, consommés, soups, aspics, or for moistening risotto. Pour 33cl of simmering water over the bag, remove from heat, and let it infuse for at least 12 minutes to fully release its flavor.
