Black pudding with onions – Maison Bahier – 8 × 125 g

Enjoy the full flavor of a traditional charcuterie recipe with this Maison Bahier black pudding with onions, available in individual portions of 125 g, convenient to prepare and serve.

Based in Sceaux-sur-Huisne in the Sarthe region, Maison Bahier originated from a family-run butcher shop and has passed down its charcuterie expertise for over 80 years. It pays particular attention to the freshness of its raw ingredients: for its black pudding, the pork blood is received on the same day or the day before, while the meat is processed quickly after slaughter.

Made with pork blood and generously flavored with 35% onions, this black pudding offers a particularly soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The onions add their characteristic sweetness and balance the rich, spicy flavors of the black pudding.

How to cook black pudding with onions?

Very easy to prepare, this black pudding can be pan-fried, grilled, or baked. For a generous, traditional dish, serve it with mashed potatoes or baked apples. A green salad will add a touch of freshness and balance the meal.

Thanks to their individual size, they can be served whole or cut lengthwise before cooking or just before serving.

Packaged vacuum-packed in 8 portions of 125 g, totaling 1 kg, they offer a convenient size for both family meals and home-cooked bistro-style dishes.
