Its seasoning is enhanced by the addition of real fresh Caribbean peppers, which give it a balanced aromatic intensity and an authentic character.
Made using a traditional method with coarse mincing, stuffed into natural pork casings, and then slowly cooked in a boiler, this boudin retains all the richness of its flavors and a particularly melt-in-your-mouth texture.
