Pink biscuit from Reims x30 - 250g

The Pink Biscuit of Reims can be used in baking, enjoyed on its own, as an ingredient in recipes or as a cake decoration.

The dough of this biscuit is flavored with vanilla (natural vanilla flavoring) and lightly tinted with a natural carmine coloring: a recipe unchanged for over 300 years, which gives this pink biscuit the particularity of not disintegrating when dipped.

They are a great treat after a meal, and can also be added to a recipe, such as a Charlotte or a red fruit tiramisu.
