Our Isigny AOP Butter is made with the greatest respect for tradition and exclusively from milk from Bessin and Cotentin.

The manufacturing methods of Isigny butter do not allow for the addition of additives or any extraction. Made from the finest Isigny creams matured the traditional way (16 to 18 hours), it is distinguished by its incomparable color, smoothness, and sweet milky notes.
