Goat banon with raw milk PDO - 100g

Made from raw whole goat's milk cheese, Banon is a smooth, melting cheese, ripened in a casing of brown chestnut leaves, bound with natural raffia. It has a characteristic golden color and flavors of the undergrowth of Haute-Provence.

A blend of sweet and strong flavors, Banon has a unique taste that makes it a cheese with character.
