Assortment of chorizo, lomo, sausage and Iberian ham 140g

For 75 years, Jorge Group has been a major player in the meat market in Spain. Located near Zaragoza, Campodulce is their specialist in Serrano and Iberian ham, known for its artisanal processing that creates a delicious cured ham.

The hams are cured slowly and progressively, from 9 to 36 months, which guarantees a low salt content. Serrano hams are made from Duroc, Landrace, Large White and Pietrain pigs, born, raised and slaughtered in Spain.

Their black pigs are raised and fed on cereals grown on site.
