The black diamond of gastronomy, also called the Black Truffle of Périgord, develops in spring and grows from mid-August. The Tuber Melanosporum is collected (the term is used to cavée) from mid-November to March when it is available for sale.

We recommend consuming fresh truffles within a few days of receipt to fully enjoy their exceptional flavors.
