These mini French pork black puddings, about 5cm and 15g each, are without nitrite salt. Packed in natural sheep casings, they are gathered in strings of 15 to 20 pieces. Reheat for a few minutes in simmering water, without boiling. Serve hot or warm as an aperitif.
