Made from Normandy apple cider, cider vinegar is a vinegar that is both gentle and powerful and retains some apple accents on the aftertaste.

Norman cider vinegar can be used to season salads - green, mixed or fruit.

It is also used to deglaze certain meats and sometimes replaces lemon in marinades.
