Pure sheep's tomette from Pays d'Irati with Espelette pepper ±650g

This traditional cheese is the expression of a terroir, with its more concentrated, intense flavors accompanied by fruity notes. The sheep's milk tommette is made in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, near the small village of Espelette, famous for its chili pepper.

It was only natural that the producer added chili peppers and bell peppers to his cheese, which gave it its orange-red color.
