Our cheese workshop manager tastes and selects for you daily the best cheeses, dairy products and egg products. The cheeses in wheels, from 3 to 70 kilos, are chosen one by one, then cut and packaged in our workshop, in order to guarantee you an incomparable freshness and an optimal maturation. 1/2 wheel, 1/4 wheel, 1/8 or slice of approximately 600g (depending on the cheese) are offered to you in order to best correspond to your needs, and without compromising on quality.
