Lemon thyme is a variation of thyme with shiny green leaves larger than those of common thyme with a very strong lemony scent.

It flavors many dishes: fish in court-bouillon or fried, shrimp, rice and cooked endives and you can also put it on fresh goat's cheese.

This aromatic plant is also consumed as a herbal tea or a refreshing drink.
