Thunnus allalunga fished between the Bay of Biscay and the South of Ireland in August-October during the high season, our Albacore white tuna is processed fresh, cut with a knife and canned by hand.

Renowned for its fine, light flesh, it is presented here whole in organic olive oil: as soft as you want, put it in a salad or serve it with tagliatelle.
