Thunnus allalunga fished between the Bay of Biscay and the South of Ireland in August-October during the high season, our albacore white tuna is processed fresh, cut with a knife and hand-sealed.

Renowned for its fine, light flesh, it is presented here whole in organic olive oil: soft as can be, put it in a salad or accompany it with tagliatelle.
