This duck liver mousse terrine, enriched with 2% Port, is made from the liver of non-force-fed ducks. It makes a refined starter, ideal to enjoy with a Sauternes or Vieux Quart de Chaumes wine. Its smooth, easily spreadable texture is combined with a perfect sliceability. To preserve its flavor and extend its shelf life, the terrine is carefully sealed under inert gas. To serve, make a small incision in the non-peelable seal with a knife, then gently remove the excess film with the back of the knife.
