Tagine with chicken, lemon, olive and pepper - 2.72kg

This tagine consists of pieces of chicken thigh marinated with a mixture of spices, browned in the oven then simmered in a sauce made with ginger, cinnamon, saffron spices and nutmeg.

The whole thing is garnished with chopped onions, yellow and red pepper strips, preserved lemon quarters and green olives.
