Ile de Ré fish soup - 800ml

This soup is made according to a traditional family recipe that respects the flavors of carefully selected ingredients, including scorpion fish, gurnard and conger eel.

Tasty and simple to prepare since it only needs to be reheated, and generally served as is, garnished with garlic croutons, rouille, grated cheese and crème fraîche.
