Ile de Ré fish soup - 800ml

This soup is made according to a traditional family recipe that respects the flavors of carefully chosen ingredients, particularly scorpion fish, gurnard and conger eel.

Tasty and simple to prepare since you just have to reheat it, and generally served as is, garnished with garlic croutons, rouille, grated cheese and crème fraîche.
