Pistou soup - 85cl

Established in Cogolin, in the Var region, since 1991, Conserverie Au Bec Fin is dedicated exclusively to creating Provençal specialties, showcasing Mediterranean fish. Its recipes, made with fresh ingredients such as fish, oils, herbs, and local vegetables, are prepared by hand, without the addition of binders or preservatives. This classic pistou soup generously combines zucchini, carrots, green beans, potatoes, white and red beans, as well as tomatoes, pasta, basil, and garlic, all cooked the same day to preserve their authentic flavor. Ideal served with Parmesan or Gruyère cheese.
