Old-fashioned milk semolina - 125g

Following tradition, semolina is made from fresh whole milk and selected wheat semolina.

The vanilla pod gives it an unrivaled sweetness and aroma.

Cooked in a bain-marie in a vat, it is then packaged in jars and baked. The raw milk used is collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, to guarantee production without any heat treatment.
