Old-fashioned milk semolina - 125g

Following tradition, semolina is made from fresh whole milk and selected wheat semolina.

The vanilla pod gives it an unrivaled sweetness and aroma.

Cooked in a bain-marie in a vat, it is then packaged in jars and put in the oven. The raw milk used is collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.
