Le fumoir is a company specializing in smoked salmon since 1996. Its 350m2 laboratory is in Île-de-France, in Combs-la-Ville. Its experienced employees master and transmit the artisanal process of smoking salmon. Quality, respect for traditions, natural resources and the environment are at the heart of their concerns. Their salmon arrives fresh and of quality, salted by hand with dry salt, then smoked with beech wood chips, respecting the resting and maturing times necessary for the development of a high-quality artisanal product.
All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels to keep them cool throughout the journey.
