Sage - 25g

Sage is an aromatic plant native to the surroundings of the Mediterranean. From the Latin salvare, which means to heal, it has been considered since Antiquity as a medicinal plant, particularly thanks to its high vitamin K content. Sage enhances the flavors of many meat dishes in sauce but also of rice and pasta.

It goes wonderfully well with focaccia and stuffing, seasons a vinaigrette and enhances the taste of many vegetables such as squash, eggplant and potatoes.
