Located in the Lyon region. It is in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, a mecca for salting, that VALANSOT develops its dry sausages. Artisanal know-how served by a team who emboss, tie and string by hand. Drying and maturing in a dryer allow the development of a natural flower. Valansot benefits from a geographical location that is particularly favorable for drying products with authentic flavors.
Inspired by traditional recipes, this sausage is coarsely ground, giving its slices a rustic appearance. Wrapped in natural pork casing and tied, it is a faithful representation of the sausages once made in the Lyon countryside.
