Black pork sausage from Bigorre - 250g

The Black Pig of Bigorre is an indigenous breed that has been present in the central Pyrenees for centuries. Its characteristic black coat and horizontal ears are distinctive features of this purebred pig that roams freely in its original territory, Bigorre, at the crossroads of the Hautes Pyrénées, Gers and Haute Garonne.

This exclusive breed thrives on a healthy diet based on natural resources, such as grass, acorns, chestnuts and locally grown triticale, all found in its geographical area.

No GMOs. It grows on pasture on grassy paths bordered by hedges, trees and/or undergrowth.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels to keep them cool throughout the journey.
