Based in the Lyon region, VALANSOT makes its dry sausages in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, a major salting centre. Artisanal know-how carried out by a team that grips, strings and twists by hand.

Thanks to the open air drying and the refining in the dryer, a natural fleurage develops. Valansot benefits from a particularly favorable geographical location for drying products with authentic flavors.
