Cros works with French pork sourced from long-standing partner farmers. The cuts are dry-cured with salt, carefully limiting the amount of salt used. Drying and maturing take place in ideal climatic conditions, at an altitude of 800 meters and under the natural influence of the air in the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park.
