Located in Sarthe in the land of rillettes, the Ruel charcuterie, although completely modern, works only according to traditional methods. The pork used in its production is exclusively French (LPF) and all its raw materials are carefully selected to guarantee finished products with impeccable flavors and textures. Its famous rillettes are cooked in cast iron pots and soaked manually with a ladle and regularly win awards (National Competition for Best Rillettes de Mamers in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014, Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2015 and 2016).
