Cooked Morteau sausage IGP - 250g

True to traditional recipes, the master smokers at Amiotte smoke all Morteau sausages with fir wood in "tuyés" (see photo). This smoking method, typical of high-altitude regions, takes into account the different parameters of wind, temperature, atmospheric pressure and humidity.

Mastering this delicate know-how ensures the quality and flavor of the sausage, which must smoke without drying out.
